We build better AI tools,
to set a different kind of example,
and help create a future worth looking forward to.
Three Questions
What makes an AI tool truly better?
It does more, asks less of you, and costs less. Miss any one of the three, and the tool remains in the hands of a few.
What kind of example do we want to set?
People who rely neither on inherited advantage nor on other people's labour, but instead create more social surplus than they consume. Creators of negentropy.
What makes a better future?
A better future is one where the people living in it can still see hope.
On Negentropy
In physics, entropy measures disorder: an isolated system only ever gets messier. Societies can drift the same way, though the disorder takes a more familiar form. People stop trusting strangers and have to verify everything for themselves. Resources exist, yet remain out of reach. When something goes wrong, you have to carry it alone because there is no safety net beneath you.
The opposite of all that has a name: social capital. Trust between people, resources that are genuinely within reach, and a safety net that catches someone when things go wrong. None of it grows on its own. People build it a little at a time, or slowly draw it away.
So we judge what a person does by a simple test. When they are done, is there more trust in the world, or less? Are more resources within reach, or fewer? Is the next person who runs into trouble better off, or worse?
When the answer is “more,” that is the true mark of a creator of negentropy. It has little to do with conventional success. You can build a fortune by exploiting others' trust, or you might never become wealthy, yet leave behind a world where people trust more deeply. We choose the second path—and hope to make it easier for others to walk it too.
AI is the lever we have chosen to pull. For too long, trust, access, and security have been expensive privileges. Make the tools powerful enough and cheap enough, and what was once a privilege can finally become the default.
What We Won't Do
-
We don't profit from your time
None of our tools are built to trap you. The moment a tool does its work, it should get out of your way and let you return to your life.
-
We don't rely on lock-in
Your data belongs to you—always exportable in full, in an open format any tool can read. You should stay because our product works, not because leaving is too painful.
-
We will never sell your data
Nor do we trade it, rent it out, or use it to train any AI without being completely transparent with you first.
-
No dark patterns
If it takes one click to join, it should take one click to leave. We don't do artificial urgency, fake stock counters, or maze-like unsubscribe flows.
-
Free is neither charity nor a trick
Everyone pays—the only choice is how. Pay in cash, and you are buying quiet. Pay in attention, in bounded data access, or in the corpora and evaluations you contribute. Every cost is priced and posted in plain sight, and you can change your mind at any moment. No one rides free, and no one ranks lower for the currency they choose.

ProMe
Equal access to knowledge
Large language models exist because of humanity's shared legacy of knowledge. Yet access has become an expensive luxury, paid for with user privacy and governed by paternalistic platforms deciding what may be asked or answered. ProMe takes a different approach: starting with open weights, we work alongside domain experts to build rigorous, specialized datasets while dialing back excessive refusals. We trust users with both the intelligence and the responsibility. That choice is uncompromising and deliberate.
Outputs from both models appear side by side, completely randomized. Which one is ProMe remains hidden until your vote is cast. Don't take our word for it—evaluate the raw outputs yourself. We host every model on bare-metal GPUs, route nothing through third-party APIs, and log zero user prompts. Bandwidth has a ceiling, but as long as the silicon spins, the demo website stays open and free.

Ai-riadne
Drawing its name from Ariadne's thread—the guide out of the labyrinth. By simulating every actor in a society, event, or system, it sets AI agents to navigate the rules, expose blind spots, and surface emergent failures. The goal is simple: find the cracks in the design before reality does.
On the Name
At fifteen, I set my mind on learning; at thirty, I stood on my own.
The Analects, Book II
“Errlee” is the romanisation of 而立, the classical expression for the age of thirty: the point at which a person can stand on their own, without leaning on what they were handed. That is what we are trying to do, and what we hope more people can do too.
